Wishing You a Season of Brightness

As 2020 draws to a close we look back and realize that this may have been the most challenging year of our lives. We certainly did not see a pandemic on the horizon and we think back to this time last year when things seemed quite “normal.” We had no idea that things would change so quickly.

At SONARAY the team has been encouraged by the hard work of the brand’s representing agencies and SONARAY is thankful for all the agencies who have spent countless hours promoting, working to have specified, learning about, and selling SONARAY products. A real positive that has come from 2020 is that many agencies have grown closer to SONARAY.

The summer learning series that focused on brief 15 or 20 minute training sessions on SONARAY products has proven to be a key part of spreading the word on what SONARAY has to offer and how SONARAY products fit well in many customer applications. The unique proprietary products from SONARAY have given agencies of record the opportunity to write orders and satisfy supply houses and customers all over North America and the LAT region of the world.

At SONARAY the belief is that the highlight of this year is the strengthening relationships between SONARAY and its agencies and customers. While travel has been limited, there has been no shortage of calls, personal emails, ZOOM meetings, and things that have drawn people closer together even while they have been apart.

SONARAY looks forward to a time when folks can again shake hands and look one another in the eye, tell a joke, share a smile, and solve a lighting problem together personally. Until that time there are many blessings that have come in this season of the world’s discontent and SONARAY is committed to serving customers and being thankful for those blessings. Soon you will see a newly-revised website and marketing materials that will be even better at helping you promote and sell our product. And we will remain focused on knowing you and your customer needs even better in the days ahead all while realizing that while days are not perfect, there is perfection in every day.

As we close the chapter on 2020 SONARAY pledges to continue with new product innovations to complement fixtures such as SunBrite Solar, Obi Light Bars, LumaWedge High Bays, and highly recognized flood lighting for construction, marine, and area lighting applications. We also pledge that we will continue in our effort to strengthen our relationship and brand, giving you the opportunity to sell some of the toughest and most innovative fixtures from any manufacturer. Most of all, we pledge to be a responsive and respectful manufacturer who truly values the relationships we foster.
